This position will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, General Ledger, and other administrative duties, such as employee benefits, Small Business Enterprise application (SBA), equal opportunity application, and aid for the Office Manager when needed; including but not limited to, backup phone attendant, project filing, event planning, and building maintenance coordination with contractors. We are a small firm and therefore require someone who is a team player and willing to help wherever and whenever needed. Attention to detail is a must. Knowledge of Ajera Accounting Software is a plus.
